When are meals shipped

Meals are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. You may select your shipping date as you check out.

When do my meals arrive

Meals are shipped 2 day air although they will be over nighted if in Minnesota and some bordering areas of Wisconsin and Michigan.

What if I am not home when my meals arrive

Meals are packed in a fully insulated cooler box with gel ice packs. Although we recommend you retrieve the same day to place in your freezer, you do not need to be home the moment they arrive.

What are the heating and defrosting instructions

Instructions for heating or defrosting can be found on our website under each item, although heat times are recommendations as we all have different preference on temperature.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! If you want to cancel for any reason, simply log into your account and click "cancel subscription". Any refunds due to cancellations will be given in the form of a credit.

How do I get started?

You can either select from one of our predefined meal plans created for you or you can build your own plan; Simply follow through the steps; choosing whether you'd want a 5-day weekly plan or whole week plan etc.

What if there are issues with my meals?

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your meals, please contact us immediately explaining the issue to us and we will try our best to resolve this for you. Best form of contact is always email, which of course you may request a phone call if wanted.

Where can I find nutritional information?

All our items have a full macro and ingredients breakdown under their pictures. You will also find the full nutritional information on the sticker label on each meal.

How do I place an order

Once you are happy with your plan, proceed to checkout and enter your details, select your preferred day to start your deliveries and enter your payment details. Our cut off point for new plans in 2 days before the start date. We accept Debit/Credit Cards. If you are unsure what plan to go for, contact us and we will guide you through the process and advise you on the best program suited for your desired goals.

Can I change the meals in my plan?

Once you have selected your plan, we offer you the flexibility to swap your meals, as well as have us select for you. Our cut off point to submit alternative meals is 2 days.
